Coordination is free during the founding pilot. Provider labor, materials, taxes, and approved changes are quoted separately and paid directly to the provider.
Can I arrange help for a parent or property from elsewhere?
Yes. That is a primary use case. HouseTended can keep scope, access, quote, arrival updates, and completion documentation together while you remain in control.
How quickly will someone respond?
Requests are reviewed manually. We will respond as capacity allows, but submission does not guarantee same-day or weekend service.
