Tell us the situation

Share the area, scope, timing, access constraints, and useful photos. Exact addresses stay private during early matching.

A human checks the request

Unsafe, ambiguous, regulated, or low-confidence work goes to manual review. We do not treat urgency as permission to cut corners.

A provider chooses

We check skills, equipment, verification, service radius, route, capacity, minimum payout, and later-job buffers. The provider accepts or declines.

You confirm the arrangement

You receive the arrival window and pricing process. Provider labor and materials are never hidden inside the concierge fee.

Changes require approval

If scope or materials change, the provider pauses and the customer approves the revised amount before extra work begins.

The job closes with evidence

Completion photos and customer confirmation create a clear record. Support stays available for lateness, damage, no-shows, or disputes.

How money moves

The platform’s US$9 concierge fee covers arranging, coordination, English support, quote confirmation, arrival updates, completion documentation, and first-line support for a confirmed standard request. The provider gives the service quote. The homeowner pays the provider directly by the agreed local method. Labor, materials, applicable tax, approved change orders, and disclosed cancellation charges remain separate.

Submitting a request is free. Checkout appears in the customer’s secure status page only after the concierge confirms that the request can be responsibly fulfilled. Payments are processed by Stripe in U.S. dollars; a card issuer may apply conversion or international transaction fees.

  • Not escrow, automated split settlement, or provider payout.
