Privacy & safety summary

Homes require a higher standard.

This test minimizes data, does not accept identity documents, and stores optional request photos behind private customer links and authenticated staff access.

Location and access

Initial matching uses a neighborhood, not a public exact address. Exact addresses, resident details, keys, lockboxes, gate codes, pets, children, and vulnerable-resident information should be shared only with authorized operations staff and the accepted provider on a need-to-know basis.

Provider checks

“Applied,” “identity checked,” “business checked,” “license checked,” “insured,” and “background checked” are separate states. Requirements must be category- and market-specific. No applicant is described as qualified or available before evidence is reviewed.

At the property

Before/after photos require consent and should exclude faces, documents, screens, family photos, valuables, and unrelated private areas. Scope or material changes require recorded approval. Providers can leave unsafe, discriminatory, or harassing situations; customers can request support or end a visit.

Emergencies and damage

This is not an emergency service. Immediate danger, fire, active flooding, gas odor, serious electrical hazards, or medical concerns require local emergency, utility, or building support. Property-damage allegations trigger evidence preservation, insurer notification where applicable, and manual review—never an automatic admission or denial.

Retention

Pilot records are retained only while reasonably needed for service delivery, safety review, payment and dispute handling, legal obligations, and product evaluation. Deletion requests are reviewed through the secure customer-support form. Sensitive identity evidence belongs in an approved verification workflow, not any public form.

Customer support and privacy requests

The customer-support form saves messages directly to the protected operations workspace. Use it for access, correction, deletion, cancellation, refund, or safety requests. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card numbers, or identity documents.
